What is the Best Deals Guarantee?
Komaneka Resorts makes available the best deals for Komaneka's future guests by becoming Komaneka Family Member. Should Komaneka member ever found any better deals offered online, then Komaneka Resorts will honor the better deals that deals offered on other site plus an additional of 10% discount on food and spa during the stay.
Does the Best Deals Guarantee only apply to certain deals?
Yes. Komaneka Resorts Best Deals Guarantee applies to published deals available to the general public. It does not apply to group or contracted rates, packaged, combine stay, special package or special offered. For complete details, please see the Terms & Conditions.
How do I submit a claim?
A claim must be submitted within 24 hours after making a reservation through a Komaneka Resort's Website and at least 24 hours. You must submit a Best Deals Guarantee claim form to the Komaneka Resorts.
What is acceptable evidence of a better Deals?
Komaneka Resorts has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and will not review documentation provided by the individual submitting a claim as part of its validation process. Komaneka Resorts reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Deals at the time it processes the claim.
Do I need to make a reservation in order to submit a claim?
No. A reservation is not required
Should I choose to receive discount on food and spa for my claim, when will I receive them?
The discount will be given during your stay at Komaneka Resorts
If my reservation is pre-paid and I make a valid claim against it, when will I receive a credit for the Best Deal Guarantee deal difference?
In the case of a fully prepaid booking booked through a Komaneka Resorts Website, Komaneka Resorts will honor the best deals or if its is concern on the price, the diferrence will be converted the price different by taking food, spa or any activities at the resort during your stay. If a pre-paid reservation is booked through a Competing Room provider, Komaneka Resorts is not responsible for any fees associated with the cancellation of that reservation.
What happens with Best Deals Guarantee claims in the event of a technical issue?
The Best Deals Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Komaneka Websites or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Komaneka's reasonable control.
What if I don't hear back from Komaneka Resorts after submitting my claim?

Komaneka Resorts will make the Best Deal for Komaneka Family Member.
In the unlikely event that a better deal at a Komaneka Resorts is made available online at other website (the “Competing Rate”), upon its receipt of a claim that satisfies these Best Deal Guarantee terms, hence Komaneka Resorts will honor that Competing Deal by giving the same deal offered plus 10% discount on food and spa.

- A claim form may be rejected by Komaneka Resorts if it is incomplete or submitted in an unsupported language.
|For the Competing Deal to be valid, it must be a currently available lower published online room rate with room availability for the same Komaneka Resorts, the same dates, the same number of guests, the same room type, with a similar view and room size, and include similar or additional value-added amenities (e.g., free breakfast). |

- Komaneka Resorts will convert any Competing Deal offered in a different currency than the deal made available through the Komaneka Resorts Websites and may deny claims where it determines that the difference between the deals is due to exchange rate fluctuations.
- Booking fees, extra adult fees, fees for children, rollaway charges will be included in the deal comparison. Taxes, gratuities, or any mandatory charges that may apply at Komaneka Resorts (e.g., resort charges) will be excluded from the deal comparison.
- The estimated value of value-added amenities (e.g. free breakfast, tickets…) offered as part of a Competing Deal will be excluded from the deal comparison, and will not be provided by Komaneka Resorts when honoring a lower deal.
- Komaneka Resorts may deny claims where the difference between the Competing Deal and the Best Deal on the Komaneka Resorts Website is less than one percent.

- Unpublished or negotiated deals (e.g., corporate discount deals, group deals, meeting deals);
- Deals requiring membership in a club or other organization, offered pursuant to direct mail or email solicitations, requiring discount codes or coupons, or otherwise not intended for the general public;
- Package deals and combinable package (e.g., rates that include a combination of a room and airfare, an overnight cruise, car rental);
- Deals offered by, or on behalf of, owners or Komaneka Resort Management member.
|The Best Deals Guarantee does not apply to existing reservations that are not booked through a Komaneka Resorts website and Komaneka Resorts is not responsible for any fees associated with cancelling a reservation made through a different channel (e.g., a call center, a non-Komaneka website). |
If a valid Best Deals Guarantee claim is submitted without an existing reservation, the individual making the valid claim will be contacted by Komaneka Resorts and must make a reservation in the manner communicated by Komaneka Resorts by the earlier of 24 hours from receipt of the communication or local check-in time at the relevant Komaneka Resorts. Failure to make a reservation in the required time period will invalidate the claim.
The Best Deals Guarantee will be suspended during times where the Komaneka Resorts Websites or certain rates are not available due to an outage, a technical issue or a circumstance beyond Komaneka Resorts's reasonable control.
A Best Deals Guarantee reward will only be provided if the individual making the valid claim stays in the reserved guest room. Discount will only be available as a Best Deals Guarantee reward if the individual making the valid claim through Komaneka Resorts website.
Komaneka Resorts has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim and will not review documentation provided by the individual submitting a claim as part of its validation process. Komaneka Resorts reserves the right to deny a claim, if it cannot independently verify the availability of a Competing Rate at the time it processes the claim.
Komaneka Resorts may at any time and without notice terminate or restrict a person's ability to submit a claim under or otherwise benefit from the Best Deals Guarantee, if in its sole discretion Komaneka Resorts determines that such person has: (1) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or ordinances; (2) acted in a fraudulent or abusive manner, (3) submitted multiple invalid Best Deals Guarantee claims; (4) failed to stay at Komaneka Resorts Hotels after receiving approved Best Deals Guarantee Claims.
Any disputes arising out of or related to the Best Deals Guarantee or these terms shall be handled individually without any class action.
Void where prohibited by law. Komaneka Resort reserves the right to amend, revise, supplement, suspend or discontinue the Best Deals Guarantee Terms at anytime in its sole discretion and without prior notice.
